The BHAA AGM will be held on the 26th of November at 19:00.
The Location is the Harcourt Hotel
This is another chance to feed into the workings of your running organisation and to hear and discuss what’s been happening over the past year. Its also an opportunity to review our success and debate future plans. This is also your opportunity to raise any issues, ideas or concerns and to vote in the new Committee for the coming year.
Notice of Elections
Elections shall take place to elect paid-up BHAA members to fill the following positions on the Executive Committee
– Vice Chairperson
And up to 10 ordinary members
Who is entitled to seek election to the BHAA Executive Committee?
– Any paid-up BHAA member is entitled to seek election to the BHAA Executive Committee.
Who is entitled to nominate paid-up BHAA members to the BHAA Executive Committee?
– Any paid-up BHAA member is entitled to nominate one or more paid-up BHAA to any position on the BHAA Executive Committee. Both nominator and nominee seeking election must be present at the BHAA AGM.
Who is entitled to vote in the elections for the BHAA Executive Committee?
– Any paid-up BHAA member attending the BHAA AGM shall be entitled to vote.
Under BHAA Rules amendments to existing rules, deletions to existing rules or insertions of new rules can only be decided upon by the BHAA AGM. Any paid-up BHAA member wishing to propose a motion must do so in writing or online by 20th November 2018.
