This is a flat, fast course designed for personal bests. The race starts at 11am and registration is open from 9.30, closes at 10:30 . Please note we are asking all Day members to pre-register using the online booking system to guarantee your entry and avoid queues on the morning.

We’ll remind all runners since this is an open road race that headphones are forbidden at all BHAA events for your and others safety.
