Training Schedules

Every runner is different in ability and fitness level but one thing all BHAA runners have in common is that you all work for a living. This in effect means that you have to schedule your training around your job.

There is no one training schedule that will suit everyone, so please see below for some schedules that have been recommended by other runners.
