NCF FloodLight 5K
This race starts at 8:00 in order to allow time for as many runners as possable to make it on time
Hills, Thrills and Spills - North County Farmers (NCF) host their second cross county of the year this next Wednesday night 10 March 2010 at 8pm at Malahide Rugby Club. This follows on from the very successful 5 Mile in Swords at the start of the year. I wonder what surprises Paul Barnwall and friends have in store!
This was an interesting race last year. It is the only floodlight race in Dublin
Directions: Malahide Rugby Club is located along Broadmeadow Estuary and can be accessed from the Fingallians roundabout. If you go north along the M1, turn left at the Lissenhall roundabout onto the old Belfast road. At the Fingallians roundabout, take a left and go under the motorway and onto Estuary Road. The race venue is 1.2 miles from the roundabout.
